The customer is responsible for any damages or defects that are not disclosed at the start of the repair service. It is possible that the repair process will reveal hidden problems which were not detected at first. Rapid City Auto Hail Repair informs the client of these issues and their additional costs in writing. The work on these issues can only be started after the customer has given their consent. Rapid City Auto Hail Repair strives to provide high-quality repair services. We cannot guarantee the vehicle will be restored to its original condition after hail damage. Rapid City Auto Hail Repair will not be held responsible for previous damage to the vehicle's body, paint, or structure that was not caused by hail. Rapid City Auto Hail Repair does not guarantee the safety of personal items that are left in or on a vehicle during service. All personal items must be removed before the vehicle is left at our facility. Rapid City Auto Hail Repair accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to the customer, whether it is direct, indirect or consequential. Except in cases of gross negligence and intentional misconduct on the part of Rapid City Auto Hail Repair. Rapid City Auto Hail Repair reserves the right to keep the vehicle in its possession as collateral for the payment for materials and services provided if the customer defaults on any of these charges. Payment for the services rendered is due at the end of the repair and must be made before the vehicle can be returned. Any changes made will take effect immediately once they are posted on our website or communicated to you.
